How to Obtain the Form

By Post: Application form with prospectus can be obtained by post by send DD of Rs. 400.00 in favor of INDIRAGANDHI INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT, JAJPUR payable at Jajpur.

 

From Counter: Application form with prospectus can be obtained from the Institute counter by depositing Rs. 350.00 in Cash.

How to Apply (Completing the Application Form)

  • Fill in the Application Form only if you satisfy yourselves about your eligibility for admission to the programme.
  • The Application Form has to be filled in your own handwriting in black ink.
  • The instructions in the Application Form are self-explanatory. Please follow them strictly.
  • It is mandatory to provide your Phone number as it will be used by the Admission Office for any communication.
  • Please attach attested copies of your mark sheets / testimonials with the Application Form. At this stage do not send any original copies of mark sheets / Testimonials. Anything submitted will not be returned.
  • Mark sheets of Board / University submitted with the application form only will be considered for all procedure related to admission.
  • It may be noted that no request for change in the particulars filled in the Application Form by you will be entertained under any circumstances.

Note: Incomplete Forms and or forms with missing Annexure, photocopies of mark sheets, will be rejected. No addition subsequently will be allowed and a new Form has to be submitted in this case. The Form cost will not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

N:B—Any Legal disputes will be settled at Jajpur Jurisdiction only.

Admission Process at Campus

Eligible candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of Admission Procedure (Written Test or Personal Interview) through mail.

In certain cases, options of dates will be available giving greater flexibility to you. It is your responsibility to get the dates from the admission office.

No separate communication could be sent in this regard. If a short listed candidate fails to select the date (for which various options will be made available) and admission to the particular programme is closed, it will be his / her responsibility.

The Admission procedure may last till late in the evening. You are requested to make Traveling & boarding arrangements on your own.

Offer of Admission

  • All selected candidates will get intimation of their selection through an Admission Letter which will be sent through courier / registered post.
  • Details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, allotment of Hostel and date, time and venue for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the admission letter.
  • The offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions are not fulfilled by the specified time.
  • Failure to pay the fee within the specified date or report for classes after payment of fee will entail cancellation of admission.
