It absolutely was a to remember for Tana Mongeau night!

After a whirlwind romance, the 21-year-old YouTuber and Jake Paul got married at Graffiti House in Las Vegas on Sunday — using the bride looking ravishing in not one, but two, Glaudi by Johana Hernandez designs for her special day.

Tana instantly fell so in love with the marriage dresses as soon on, designer Johana Hernandez, told ET over the phone a day after the nuptials as she tried them. On her first look, Tana wore a curve-hugging all-white Veronica gown with lace detailing and a long, floor-length lace veil. She then switched to a stunning ruffled Cindy ball gown that featured a white corset-style top with sweetheart neckline and a voluminous pink ombre skirt.

Now, Hernandez is sharing with ET details of how she and Tana created her perfect big day looks, the length of time it took to generate the dresses and much more!

Entertainment Tonight: Did Tana reach out to you to design the dresses?

Johana Hernandez: The dresses are from my current collections. The pink gown that is ombre Cindy, was designed for my Paris Fashion Week show after which one other Veronica gown I had during my other collection, and she loved them. I did not have even to produce something new because she was obsessed with them. Tana is truly the bride that is first has ever worn the pink ombre dress, to make certain that was something exclusive to her. I worked along with her stylist named Tyler Lambert and then she came mail order brides up to my store and she just loved everything. When she find the dress, I altered it to her body, because all our dresses are created with the bride’s measurements.

Did Tana make any special requests, ask for changes when it comes to dresses — or did she stay with the original designs?

No, she stuck using the original designs and I also thought that was beautiful because usually brides are actually specific, especially a high profile bride, they wish to have details that are certain. Tana was very confident about herself. She loved everything. Literally, we tried in the the dress that is first then an additional dress and therefore was it. She did not try anything else. She just loved everything also it was so excellent. She was very easy to work alongside and I also loved that she liked to be extra. She just wanted to shine and she likes shiny and sparkles, that is why the dress that is first perfect for her. It was still sparkly but elegant during the same time. It absolutely was form-fitting along with lace upon it too.

I feel like she would have looked like every other bride and she didn’t — and I think that’s why everyone loves it if she would have been safe. She actually is young so it goes together with her age. I made her dresses form-fitted because she’s curvy, she is busty. She wanted her butt to look great, thus I did that regarding the dress that is first.

Did she always want two dresses?

No, it just came up because she loved them so much that she couldn’t make up her mind, so she chose two. And it also actually ended up being the color theme that she wanted, which was a blush color.

The engagement was only per month long, how much time did you have to create the dresses?

It had been an extremely short time. The great thing was that she loved the collection thus I surely could rush it because I experienced to rush the current designs. It had beenn’t like I happened to be making something which was completely new and, if you ask me, which was great because as a designer it’s a big compliment when it comes to client as well as the brides to love what you do. I also do custom-made dresses, but i believe once they love what you do it’s just very rewarding.

Just how long was the procedure from the first consultation to the wedding?

I can not really share that since it was so fast. What I can share is the fact that each dress takes about three to 6 months in order to make. To ensure that is exactly what was great, that she chose something that had been from the collection after which everything is made by hand.

How dress that is many did she have?

Only one. Right on the dot. Only one and she just loved it. I already knew the things I was going to do. I’ve been carrying this out for an extremely long time. She was seen by you pictures, her dress was very on point, nothing was wrong using them. It was just great, along with her stylist Tyler was very useful. He is been working along with her for a very long time and therefore helped because he already knew her style and knew that I happened to be the right fit for them.

Did any of her family or friends go directly to the fittings?

It had been just Tyler while the assistant. Her schedule is extremely busy and hectic. Therefore I closed the shop on her behalf and she came in very early in the morning. She was so kind, grateful and excited.

Did Jake, her fiance, have any say inside her decision making?

It absolutely was just her. Of course, he is not likely to see anything prior to the wedding.

How did she react when she tried the final dresses on?

It was loved by her! She was like, ‘I can not believe it!’ She was so happy. Into the pictures once we’re in both the fitting room, clearly that dress was so big on her around the waist and she had been so happy though it was not fitted. I loved that she was a visionary, she sees it beside what it really is. Some brides can not picture the final dress on them without one being perfectly fitted, so that’s why they don’t choose a dress and return back and forth until it’s perfect. And you can’t own it perfect until you order it.

Are there any hidden items that are personal to your dresses?

All my dresses have inside corsets and bras, so they snatch your waist. The ball that is big have an inside petticoat, so she was super comfortable walking even though the dress is super extra through the outside. Everything is corset fitted.

What materials were utilized on both dresses?

In the ruffled one, that is English mesh and was hand dyed to be ombre and the ruffles are sewn and made by hand, so that it takes months to complete all that work. The fabric doesn’t come like that, you must create it by dyeing it different colors. And also for the Veronica gown, it absolutely was a mesh with shimmer with beards and pearls on it and we had an Italian embroidery that goes on top of it. Her veil has also been ours. Her veil had Swarovski crystals it was a really beautiful lace on it and.

Did Tana have a vision for her dresses or a look she was going for?

No, she really trusted me and trusted her stylist and went with the flow. She really loved it and there is never any doubt in her mind that people were not the dresses. She was certain of them. Her bride story is amazing and she looked so fresh and good.

As the designer, that which was your inspiration when making both of these dresses?

For me personally, personally i think like my brides are young and fun, but she actually is still sexy. For Tana, the first dress is for a woman who are not afraid to shine, literally. She has her own style that is personal isn’t afraid to express her personality through her wardrobe, and I think that’s really necessary for your big day. It is necessary on her to feel like herself and therefore she’s not a cookie-cutter bride. She actually is Tana, she is her.

The pink one, it’s just fun and differing. The same, she’s bold but she’s soft — and at the same time frame it is sexy since it has got the perfect amount of cleavage and has a brilliant exaggerated train. I am just inspired by that girl that is not afraid to shine inside and outside.

Hernandez will likely be presenting her next collection Sept. 29 at the Ritz Carlton in Paris, France, for Paris Fashion Week.
